SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is provided at the client's expense.

I am currently offering $15 flat rate shipping and handling cost for all orders Australia only from my online store.

Unfortunately once I have completed your order and it goes to shipping, if it gets lost or damage during shipping it is out of my hands. However, I will work with you and the courier to resolve this issue.

An Australian courier with tracking (mainly Australia Post) will be used for all purchases from the store. 

For standard shipping please allow up to 7 business days for items to be shipped to you plus production time.

Production time depends on the availability of the material you require and the nature of the job required. If the stock is available at my website. Small order can take minimum 3 days production time.

I will contact you within this time period if the job cannot be completed in this time frame.

To be safe, please contact me directly to be sure the items will be available to you on your desired date.

I will also take all measures to carefully package the item so it will arrive safely to you.

If you are not home when the item arrives, the parcel may be left at the premises and if this is so, we cannot accept liability for this.

You will be notified about the condition of the item before it is shipped.

For international buyers, the buyer is responsible for their own import costs. Only small items are available for shipping for international buyers. Please contact us directly if this affects you.

To save you on shipping costs, I do also offer pickup at Riverstone/Schofields NSW area. Please contact me directly to organise times and availability first.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our returns policy lasts for 14 days from the delivery of your purchase.

No refunds or exchanges can be made after 14 days of product delivery and for change of mind.

In the event the the ordered item is not available or I am unable for fulfil your order we will notify you to make arrangements on an agreeable alternative item or a full refund of your original payment will be given.

If you have received a faulty item, please take a photo proof of the faulty product and contact me immediately on leftandwillowdesigns@gmail.com and I will assist you in the exchange/refund process.

Fault in items does not include natural discolouration, grooves, joints, holes or grains on natural items like wood or stones.

Items eligible for return must be in it's original condition, unused and it's original packaging.

To complete your return, receipt of proof of purchase is required.

Once we have received your returned product, we will notify you via email that we have received the product and the outcome of the refund. If this is approved, your refund will be processed by your original payment option within a certain number of days.

For all custom made and personalised products, I will be working with you closely via email and  with photo  confirmation (if applicable) before personalising your items so you know what you are getting. Due to this nature, custom made and personalised products cannot be returned. 

Shipping and handling costs are non refundable. The buyer is responsible for their own shipping cost. Refunds are only made to the value of the product and does not include shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs involved for returning your item. Consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that I receive the item.

Exchanges can be made if I have made mistakes with your order i.e. misspelling names or grammatical errors on your order.

However, if mistakes or change of details to the order have been made by the client from their original purchase then the expense will be at the client's cost.
